I’m inspired to share this message for this week’s edition of the Wednesday Wisdom for Migraineurs series because it’s what I need to focus on right now.
“You gotta fight just to make it through.”
I’m finding it necessary to fight against all my tendencies to retreat to bed every single day, all day long (yay depression). I know in my head and heart it does nothing to help me cope. It’s counterproductive. But when it feels like life is too much, as though it’s beating me up, this is my response. But I’m trying.
