Today’s Wednesday Wisdom quote is about being in the present. Mindfulness calls us to be fully present and experience our lives. It’s also about the willingness to be with whatever we’re experiencing and observe it without judgment.
I wanted to share this quote today because I’ve found it more difficult than usual lately to be mindful about not giving into fear about the future. And to avoid hanging on to anger about some upsetting things I’ve dealt with recently, too, for that matter.
